Jefferson Elementary buzzed with holiday cheer this week when People First's Annual
Christmas Float rolled through the front loop. Santa and his friends stopped by for a
warm, joy-filled visit that left students and staff smiling from ear to ear.

Dressed in his classic red suit, the students had the chance to give him hugs, high fives
and handshakes. Those small moments made the event feel personal and special.
Alongside Santa were several characters and helpers from the community who chatted
with students and helped keep the energy bright and friendly.

Santa and his friends handed out candy canes to all students, adding a sweet finish to an
already happy afternoon. Jefferson Elementary is thankful that People First made it a
point to stop by again this year. It is something the students and staff look forward to
each year during the holidays!
