PRIJAVA NA FAMILYID NALOG - KLIKNITE OVDJE

Registracija vašeg djeteta na Familyid.com

 

Roditelj/staratelj se može registrovati na Familyid.com ili kliknuti na link na web stranici škole vašeg djeteta pod ATLETIKA. Uputstva su navedena u nastavku:  

  1. Da biste pronašli svoj program, kliknite na gornji link i odaberite obrazac za registraciju ispod riječi PROGRAMI . 
  2. Zatim kliknite na zeleno dugme Registriraj se sada i skrolujte, ako je potrebno, do zelenih dugmadi Sign Up/Log In . Ako ovo prvi put koristite FamilyID, kliknite na Prijava. Kliknite na Prijava , ako već imate nalog za Family ID. 
  3. Prijavite se za svoj sigurni FamilyID nalog unosom imena i prezimena vlasnika naloga (roditelj/staratelj), e-mail adrese i lozinke. Odaberite ugovor za FamilyID uslove korištenja usluge. Kliknite na Sign Up. 
  4. Primit ćete e-mail sa vezom za aktivaciju vašeg novog naloga. Ako ne vidite e-poštu, provjerite svoje filtere e-pošte (fascikla neželjene pošte ili neželjene pošte) 
  5. Kliknite na link u vašem aktivacijskom emailu. Ovo će vas prijaviti na FamilyID.com 
  6. Jednom u obrascu za registraciju popunite tražene podatke. Sva polja sa crvenim* su obavezna da imaju odgovor. 
  7. Kliknite na dugme Sačuvaj i nastavi kada je obrazac popunjen. 
  8. Pregledajte svoj sažetak registracije. 
  9. Kliknite na zeleno dugme Pošalji . Nakon odabira 'Pošalji' registracija će biti završena. Primit ćete e-poruku o završetku od FamilyID-a kojom se potvrđuje vaša registracija. 

You will receive an email receipt from registrations@familyid.com. You can also view your completed registration in your 'Registration' tab. You can log into https://www.familyid.com at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s).

You can always find your programs at www.familyid.com by clicking "Find Programs" in the top blue banner and searching for our organization name.
 
If you need assistance with you registration, PLEASE call Family ID at 1-800-311-4060 ext. 3 or email support@familyid.com. FamilyID also offers online chat during business hours and a support center at https://familyid.desk.com. Support is available 7 days per week and messages will be returned promptly. For a complete list of coaches please click on the athletics tab on your child's school website.
 
IMPORTANT FOR THE PROCESS TO WORK:
ONLY Parents/Guardians Can Sign Off Electronically on the Agreements 

 

Note: If a Student Athlete electronically signs off on these agreements, he/she will NOT be cleared and could prevent them from starting on time.
**Please be sure to only complete 1 registration per athlete.  If you need to make changes to the registration please be sure to EDIT the existing one and DO NOT create a new one. **
